RS33 Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistani Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between RS33 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses the RS33 platform at rs33.pro. These Terms apply to all aspects of the platform including sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, promotions, deposits and withdrawals.

By accessing RS33, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party, and that you understand online gaming and sports betting involve financial risk. RS33 is an entertainment platform — please treat it as such.

These Terms are written in plain English for clarity. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most consistent with the intent of fair and transparent gaming will apply. RS33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with updates taking effect as described in Section 12.

RS33 is available to players in Pakistan. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. By using RS33, you agree that all your transactions will be processed in PKR without currency conversion by RS33.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register an RS33 account, you must be at least 18 years old. By completing registration, you confirm this is the case. RS33 may request age verification documentation at any time, and accounts where the player cannot confirm they are 18 or above will be suspended pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one RS33 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, RS33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonus funds and withhold any winnings obtained while operating multiple accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering your RS33 account. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during registration or verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RS33 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with anyone else. Any bets placed, deposits made or withdrawals requested while your account is logged in are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact RS33 support immediately.

2.5 Account Verification

RS33 may request identity verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of your payment method or other documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal requests delayed or declined until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

RS33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are denominated in PKR. RS33 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

A minimum deposit amount applies to each payment method. The specific minimum for each method is displayed on the Deposit page of the RS33 platform. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be credited to your account.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers. RS33 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

RS33 may require identity or payment method verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where the withdrawal amount is significant. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Players who cooperate with verification requests promptly will experience faster processing.

3.5 Deposits for Betting Only

Funds deposited to your RS33 account must only be used for gaming and betting purposes on the RS33 platform. RS33 accounts are not payment accounts and must not be used for money transfers, currency exchange or any purpose unrelated to using the RS33 platform.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on RS33 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms attached to each promotion. These terms are published on the Promotions page of the RS33 platform and may vary between offers. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the conditions of that specific promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 30x) and the eligible games or markets will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports bets, slots and live casino games may have different contribution rates.

4.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may hold only one active bonus at a time on RS33. You cannot combine multiple bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state that it can be combined with other offers.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. Expiry dates are displayed in your account's bonus section.

4.5 Abuse of Bonuses

RS33 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers rather than genuinely engage with the platform.

4.6 PSL & Cricket Promotions

Special promotions tied to PSL season fixtures, T20 international matches or other cricket events are governed by the standard bonus terms in this section plus any additional conditions specified in the relevant promotion. These promotions are typically time-limited and tied to specific matches or tournaments.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on RS33 are subject to acceptance by the platform. RS33 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed the maximum stake for a given market or event. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from the platform — until that point, no bet has been accepted.

5.2 Odds & Markets

Odds displayed on RS33 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet. RS33 offers pre-match and live in-play markets across cricket, PSL, football, esports and other sports. Live odds change rapidly during in-play betting — it is your responsibility to confirm the odds before submitting a bet.

5.3 Cricket & PSL Settlements

Cricket bets including T20 internationals, bilateral series and PSL fixtures are settled based on official results as declared by the governing body of the competition. For PSL matches, the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the PSL governing authority will be used for settlement purposes. In the event of a rain interruption, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result will be treated as the official result where applicable.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum number of overs required for a result; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the odds were published due to a technical error and were clearly incorrect at the time of placement. Void bets are returned to your RS33 account as stake.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

RS33 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting rules section. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount, regardless of the odds or stake involved.

5.6 Responsible Betting

Sports betting involves financial risk. RS33 strongly encourages all players to set a personal budget before betting and to avoid chasing losses. 6. Casino & Games

6.1 Game Availability

RS33 offers live casino games, slots and fish games. Game availability may vary and certain games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider updates or technical issues. RS33 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or fish game session — including server errors, disconnections or software failures — RS33 will investigate the incident. Where a malfunction can be confirmed, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned. RS33's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.

6.3 Game Rules

Each casino game on RS33 is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before playing. RS33 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.4 Return to Player (RTP)

Slot games and other casino games on RS33 operate with a theoretical Return to Player percentage. This figure represents the expected long-term average return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. All casino games on RS33 use certified random number generation.

6.5 Fish Games

Fish games on RS33 are skill-influenced arcade-style games. Results in fish games are determined by a combination of player decisions and the game's underlying mechanics. The same general casino terms apply to fish games unless otherwise specified in the specific game rules.

7. Responsible Gaming

RS33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Pakistan. Gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment for adults — they should never be seen as a way to earn income or recover financial losses.

7.1 Age Restriction

RS33 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or use the platform. If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing RS33 or similar platforms, we recommend using parental control software to restrict access.

7.2 Personal Limits

RS33 encourages all players to set a personal budget for gaming and betting before they start. Decide on a fixed weekly or monthly amount that you are comfortable spending as entertainment — and stick to it. Once that budget is used, stop. Do not deposit additional funds in an attempt to recover losses from the same session.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, finances or relationships, RS33 supports self-exclusion. Contact RS33 customer support to request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.

7.4 Recognising Problem Gaming

Signs that gaming may have become a problem include: betting more than you can afford to lose, spending time you had intended for work or family on gaming, feeling anxious or irritable when you are not gaming, or lying to others about how much time or money you spend on the platform. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on RS33 and will result in account suspension, closure, and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using RS33 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors in odds, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using RS33 for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any withdrawal, verification or security process.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• Using RS33 from any jurisdiction where access to the platform is restricted or prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing RS33 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

9.1 RS33's Right to Suspend

RS33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or a risk to the integrity of the platform.

9.2 Player-Requested Closure

If you wish to close your RS33 account, contact customer support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. RS33 may contact you before applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Any remaining balance after applicable deductions will remain accessible upon reactivation.

10. Limitation of Liability

RS33 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain a stable and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

RS33 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from: platform downtime, delays in bet acceptance, technical errors during live betting, incorrect odds displayed due to data feed errors, or any action you take based on information available on the platform. You use RS33 at your own risk and with the understanding that sports betting and casino gaming involve the real possibility of financial loss.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, RS33's total liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

RS33 collects and processes personal information in order to operate player accounts, process transactions, verify identity and comply with platform security requirements. Your data is handled in accordance with the RS33 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an account on RS33, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. RS33 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services solely for the purpose of operating your account and processing transactions.

You have the right to request access to the personal data RS33 holds about you, and to request corrections where information is inaccurate. Contact RS33 support to make a data access or correction request.

12. Changes to These Terms

RS33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Continued use of the RS33 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

For significant changes that materially affect players' rights or obligations, RS33 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via the platform or registered contact details where practical.
